The Championship Thread 2023/2024

Bonus that we're somehow still top despite losing.

But it could have been so much better!

Now we just have to get 3 points at Plymouth. Give us all a bit of a relaxing weekend lol

i dunno how tbf, they scored a worldie, i can sort of accept that, the performance not so much that annoyed me a lil tbf

Because we've missed a chance to start giving ourselves a decent lead

I know, I mean in the sense of the missed opportunity.

tbf used to it now, its leicester, we like to make it a massive song and dance, like "oh look at us, look what we can do"

defo not good for the health but i guess its enjoyable to the neutral

Well we can view this midweek two ways.

We've had a huge slice of luck due to other results, somehow we're still top, with a game in hand.

Or

We've missed a huge opportunity to restore a lead at the top.

We're such lucky bustards..

On the other hand we could have been on 91 points with a game in hand if we weren't incompetent.

Well done Watford, they're doing well since Cleverley went in there.

Picked up two draws from Leeds and Ipswich.

A draw last night would have been good for us in retrospect. Makes Friday a bigger must win. Win and we heap big pressure on both of them

We are so lucky it worked out again but should have taken advantage yesterday. No excuses Friday  need a win. A lot of hard games to be played by the three of us now with teams fighting for something so there will be a few more dodgy results thrown in over the next few weeks
