I think the only way 90 is enough this season is if Leeds get second with Ipswich falling off significantly and Saints not keeping up with Leeds. Presentations for pre season tournaments and local matches v Oadby Town and the like. These are not major honours. You are asking those of us that care about collecting silverware and expanding our honours list to justify it being a major honour but let us not forget that you called it literally nothing. I think your exact words were that there is "literally no difference between first and second place". Well bollards to that kind of thinking. If we get something big and shiny, contested nationally and with our name engraved upon it, it is a major honour and worth having. Champions of any league is a major honour imo and if we win this one, we will have the record number of second tier titles. It isn't nothing. Proving to be better than everyone else can inspire, breed confidence and a winning mentality and can also attract players that might otherwise go to team that won. Second is for losers, literally.
