While it's obviously possible, Ipswich have never lost successive games under Kieran McKenna.

Under McKenna we've also never:

Lost a league game on a weekday (played 37, won 25, drawn 12)

Lost to a team with only one name (played 17, won 14, drawn 3)

Important to get a win to keep it in our hands after the disappointment of the weekend. Also keeps the pressure on Leicester for your game in hand.

If you could play Wednesday every week, you’d be in the champion’s league.

Looking at the remaining fixtures, Leeds have the easiest batch of games. So between us and Ipswich for second spot is my guess. How we have self imploded AGAIN!!!

as shown tonight, cant be saying who has the easiest, people said we'd win, Leeds too, results and performances show it doesnt always work out that way

leeds still have some tricky fixtures tbf, Boro are doing well atm, looking for finish the season on a high,as well as saints on the last day

Cleverley will certainly want to get something out of it, cos im sure he's got eyes on being the perma manager/head coach of watford

If he thinks "perma manager of Watford" is an actual job and not an oxymoron, he's been hallucinating.

Looking at the statistics, it sounds like Leeds were equally horrible.

Plymouth just became a massive must-win game. They're in atrocious form, if that helps

Wheres the 'ever obliging Leicester City' thread?

Ipswich would have scored late if it was them in our game tonight. We don't have that determination

They just lost to Norwich 1-0 at the weekend, didn't they?

If Southampton win their game in hand and beat us that puts them 4 points behind us 3 behind Leeds they will have a lot to play for.

Tbf these ifs never verify in Championship. Leeds properly bottled it tonight against a team on the beach.

That would be an impressive, and unlikely end to the season for them.

They went on a 25 match unbeaten run and as soon as they got yo within touching distance, they fell apart!

Didn't the supercomputer predict us to stay up a fair way into last season?

Those prediction computers seem to not take account of recent form just seasonal form.  Which is why at times their predictions can seem a bit whacked, e.g. we still clear favourites for autos which seems mental considering our current implosion.

Yep - having lots of data is one thing - know what's relevant is another...

I don’t think any team gets to 100 points now. We are all having a good go at entering the playoff lottery.

To be fair if daka didn’t head it like he had a head shaped like a 50p we would’ve.

If Ipswich win tonight I can see them going on to be Champions and probably deserved.

If we can win 3 out of 5 that may be enough for 2nd. We don't do draws and we don't grind out results so think it is the best we will do.

Heaven help us if we end up in the play offs.

Just had a browse of leeds forum.....'dull turgid football....no.attacking subs till 80th minute.....no urgency...' sounds like us here

According to Livescore Leeds had 0 shots on target - at home. A couple of penalty shouts not give, but we've all had our fair share of those.

Our game was the classic Millwall having 1 shot on target.

Everyone is feeling the pressure. Seems like once we went top again the pressure that was relieved a bit came straight back. Be interesting to see that as they are now 3rd if Ipswich feel the pressure has been taken off them?

Can’t believe how lucky we’ve been Leeds should have two penalties last night for handball

We've all had penalty shouts not given. We've had perfectly good goals not given. Leeds had no shots on target. Its not lucky - they are feeling the pressure as much as we are.
