My regret is that we have chosen not to emulate the first team, it would have been a great education for the academy players and it would educate them about the bigger picture of what is going on, on the pitch, as opposed to the part they play in the team. I would suspect that apart from Maresca and some of his staff, no one quite understands the intricacies that come with our new style of play. To now not starting as a senior player in the team. Anyone have insight into why enzo not picking him or possibly why he has not gone on loan? I hope he does not attempt to replicate what he has been doing, as it is not working and he needs to look at his strengths and work with that.
