IMO, the base of the squad even with some needed outgoing movement is there.

Even with whom and what we end up,from the old guard unlike some,it won’t be as bad as some will have. This new season in the championship we don’t have to break the bank,or throw away & discard that many players. Some might prove themselves a better asset than we believe. at this moment.

 

We often discuss about giving individual players / management more space, Sometime it’s time itself & suprise opportunity that also need to be given room.

We are no slower or lacking action compared to others..

 

Plus fans like always, are not savvy towards on going discussions or transfer business we want to close out.

I don't disagree with this based on the last two years definitely but with 3 signings already, Maddison sold, Barnes next and still 7 weeks til the window shuts what more were you expecting from him?

In the same way Rome was not built in a day, you cannot expect Rudkin to dismantle RudgersVille that quickly either.  The mess created by the pair plus Congles needs an Amazonian Deforestation Company on board.  At the end of the window we will be struggling to give some of our assets away for free - they are really that bad and grossly overpaid.  This is the realism of where we are at.
