Personally it doesn't bother me one little bit that we are overseas.

The club can have their pre-season anywhere they feel fit.

It's the way the players are interacting with the Thai fans compared to how they interact with the fans that pay thousands of pounds to watch them week in week out that gets to me

Yeah but they probably spend thousands of pounds in King Power duty free

But this is pre-season and a brand building exercise.

I kinda get where you’re coming from but I look at this tour as completely different to being in a professional mental state about getting 3 points during the season rather than being paid to high 5 the locals during an off season.

The atmosphere as others have stated around the KP has been flat at best for ages so any human being would act differently to screaming fans (in a positive way) too.

Is someone listening about nods to local heritage?

That training session was quickly set up after a bit of online criticism

Well Gerry Taggart said on an interview on club website this morning, that Leicester city is steeped in Thai culture.
There is very little protection for a (any) football club’s heritage, whether it be tangible or intangible. Unless they have fan ownership or some autonomy within the club.

Took notably a bit of criticism online to set it up. Hope it’s better organised than the signing session which left kids crying last season
