Look at the crowd 😂 I could half understand this if it was full but there's no **** there!!!!

Truly grown our profile this. How about focus on getting promoted.

This is a real shitter for KP having given their entire work force the day off for the match.

There is absolutely no obligation for an English football club to do anything other than play half of their league games each year in their own city.

There could contractual obligations with sponsors?

You could possibly even argue that playing out there is something of an obligation, given what KP have invested in the club.

No, as owners of the club it's King Power's responsibility (and in their best interests) to make sure their investment is put to good use by ensuring the squad/team/club has thorough preparation. Otherwise, how on earth do they get a return on their investment? If we don't succeed, they don't get the right brand awareness.

Piss poor planning by the leadership of the club once again. So we’ll be heading into a long hard Championship season jetlagged and lacking match fitness.

And there are those that still log into this site to defend the leadership of this club daily.

We need change.

I can only hope they learn for next season not to mess pre-season up, whatever division we're in.

I hope we don't get sucked in to various overseas pre-season tours. Or if we do, go somewhere logical that's a training camp and not pointless promo fixtures that help no-one.

Guest Kopfkino

We all knew this tour was daft and reeked of a club in denial about potentially not being a Premier League club any longer.

But literally nobody mentioned that it was daft because it was monsoon season. And yet it was apparently so obvious as another reason not to do the tour. Sure lads, sure.

Why would a DoF organise what is effectively a marketing exercise disguised as a pre-season game?  Given it's in thailand it's almost certainly a Top/KP decision.  You could possibly even argue that playing out there is something of an obligation, given what KP have invested in the club.

Are you employed by KP? I’ve never seen someone so hellbent on defending every decision they've ever made.
