That’s just your view…others see it otherwise. You put in a lot of decent posts,but one has to stand back & see from club side, when it doesn’t match your idea..

The club or squad won’t collapse either way. These mix of games , including the venues are more about bonding & fitness more than most. Tactics will play at this moment of pre-season more on the fringe,while manager sees who will be still around. Tactics will come more to the fore,has we get into the season..

Pre season their will be some tactics talking and the coaching staff will put some expected ideology into the players, squad around the class room & in groups,but it takes a known group and the first few actual league/cup games to work on it more seriously….


Hitting out with your last statement is just your hurt,but not forgetting they got most things right over 9-10 seasons, changing and implementing things at various stages..Everton have been turning their shit around for 10 seasons or more and 6 times managed by devils luck to avoid relegation,we have one truely awfull season

and immediately get wacked…

 

Going on about failings ,repeating dishing out actual unqualified negatives right upto new seasons Kick-off ,what does it bring..

Ok for anybody to say..”OK , they let me/us down last season,they have to show & prove they can earn my/our support or even blind trust again..


For me , it’s time to start anew ( slate. not exactly wiped clean) but a new regime is in place they at least,by nature of things,deserve our full support & encouragement.

 

Keep putting cynical digs in,all around the forum,just makes it too boring towards the negatives. Then other positive/doubtful members,will drift away…

What the new or younger additions to the forum need is reading a few more well balanced topic & posts,or will also drift & think what a load of flat-cap-cowpats..

with the same droning morbid attitudes…

 

Its not about having just a right to an opinion,( I will jump in the same trench with you) to protect that right. Sometimes it’s about just standing back and giving everybody the right to make mistakes,balls-ups,incompetent descisions, then giving them time & patience to make amends,have redemption etc..

If one finds oneself always complaining,it might have more to do with the complainant, it is a sport,it is our pastime,

one can’t just live on or off the negative vibes through life…one is also allowed to cheer even the smallest & binal of issues..That’s what fans do..:scarf: :D

The fans are not needed for pre-season and the fans will be back on board when we look better- get the team right in pre-season, this is the most critical job.

Couldn't disagree more. Before the start of last season I had decided it would be my last (and 54th). I was sick of VAR, media bias to greedy six, commentary bias to greedy six, poor refereeing, the joke that is ffp etc When it came to the crunch I couldn't give up my season ticket. I couldn't be more excited to see us building a new team in the championship. Can't wait for the first game. And for those on here that slag off the owners of course they've made some mistakes, we all do. But I'll never be able to thank them enough for the last few years.

Couldn’t agree more, under 2 weeks to go and football is back! We all hate cov!!!!
