Decent first half, albeit very wasteful

 

Absolutely terrible first 25mins of the second half but come away with a win.

 

Defence isn't sorted yet with coady out, mavididi and mcateer new to the team, players still to come in so all in all a decent start

Definitely, but with a disjointed preseason, an open window and a match which exposed some weaknesses without costing us points, we're in a good position to make those improvements.

Couldn’t care over all the nonsense critics, damn good exciting game of football,

very enjoyable game. Both teams have to work up the fitness..some decent highlights and cameos

from a few players both sides..Thought we took the first half,then Cov,had stepped up in the 2nd though again

we did. our own stepping in last 20mins. Both sides created good chances has game wore on.
The last 3rd we were desperate to find that groove…

Thought Nacho improved our lot and gave us a needed shot in the arm…

 

would like some on the bench, start the next game & Enzo have the balls to recognise & accept some players in 

the squad are better,or better for the flow of the team…

First game,so no need to yet do finger pointing…
