Second half was dull, did become slow and ponderous, and got a bit casual but game was won. Fine if we win but won't take a lot for criticism when we don't. 

 

Brilliant how we took control straight away though. Hopefully we improve our forward play as we get new signings over the next few weeks.

Maresca-ball in full flow at times today. Bit more quality up top and on the wings and we'll be flying. 

 

So clear to see, and positive, that the players are buying into the philosophy of the manager and making it effective. So easy on the eye when it comes off. Thankfully for us retaining possession and wanting to move the ball through the lines and progress up the pitch seems to be the priority.

Comfortable win but was evident that we will struggle to progress the ball through midfield without Winks on. Need to find cover for him
