I think there should be rules against football clubs spending money for players that end’s up finding its way to the manager’s relatives. It’s nepotistic and corrupt. Bertrand has got to be up there with the Peter Taylor era re your Junior Lewis, Lee Marshalls and Ade Akinbiyi's in terms of worst signing ever status! - but at least the latter two actually played reasonably regularly!

Depressingly I think he earnt £8m for his spell here, so based on 23,000 season ticket holders, at an average ST price of £350, almost our entire season ticket revene for one season went in his pocket
