Daka leaving and being replaced with Cannon would be good business. Nacho leaving and being replaced by Cannon would be bad business.

So the question is: are we about do good business or bad business?

If Daka stays we just don't sign him imo

Yep. Four strikers would be ridiculous. Whatever next? Five keepers?! :D

Well we had 2 keepers and 3 full backs on the bench for the last league game. That can’t happen now.

Maybe it will be 3 strikers and 3 wingers?

Daka is so shit.

Actually quite painful to cope with him

being here still.

Still a hardcore of fans who say if we played to his strengths he’d be brilliant. Like the opposition wouldn’t know what strength he does have and would happily defend on the halfway line leaving space for us to pop balls into for him to chase.

The power on that side footed shot 2nd to last is insane lol

Sounds like he's technically decent and can finish. Sounds like he ticks the boxes of what Maresca needs from his striker, so sound like good business.

Well we do! We defend high up the pitch knowing full well that's a danger to us, given we have no pace at the back.

We've already been caught out numerous times this season, but not been punished for it.

We aren't the only team that do it either, there are plenty of teams that do that, then it's up to the opposing team to exploit that space, by counter attacking and moving the ball quickly or putting a ball over the top.

Neither of which we have looked to do since we won the league under Claudio.

One of our biggest failings in recent seasons, is not so much that we have become a possession style team, but we don't move the ball anywhere near quick enough to exploit those spaces in behind, when we get the chance.

It's no coincidence that Vardy has struggled in recent seasons too.

We simply don't play to the strength of that type of striker, which is fine, but then you have to bring in more technical strikers, who are not so reliant on their pace.
