Really dont get this sort of comment, hes played about 30 minutes since hes been here. How can you doubt someone on that, like what were you expecting to see in that time? 😂

And then he goes on to say … that we shouldn’t judge too quickly 🤣

Really impressed with how calm he is when he gets half a chance.

Even his offside chance he finished well.

He doesn't look the fastest but his intelligence makes up for that. He takes up some great positions.

Amazing really - he was getting pelters first 25 minutes on the match thread and yet just 2 hours later he’s now the second coming of Vardy!

Clearly it was a pleasing performance and it’ll do his confidence the world of good, but he needs to continue to work and improve his game.

Standard FT fare. Comforting to know some things won’t be changing in the NewYear!

Of course it’s way too early to say but this was a very encouraging performance. He seems strong and composed and made some clever runs as well. Now he has a chance to establish himself and get a run of goals we will see if he has genuine premier league potential but the signs are promising.

All he did was score goals.

Which is just what we need! Shame he couldn't get a full debut hat trick.

Didn’t you watch his movement off the ball? He scored two very well taken goals but he also did a lot of work off the ball. He was continually running his centre half ragged, dragging players out of position and causing a problem as well as starting runs that on another day might’ve been spotted by our playmakers. He also was linking play well particularly in the second half when Huddersfield stopped parking the bus.

Let's go. Cannon and Daka job share for the rest of the season, please.

Audition for leading the line at the highest level. Both have it in them.

We already know Vardy does and Iheanacho has already had his chances to cement his position and is competent at that level.

I agree with most of that, although I'm not sure many of us think Kelechi has done himself any favours recently. Too passive, lazy & seems to play as if he's off somewhere.

Looks good!

Glad he got a goal, two! Gives him confidence straight away! Was hoping he'd manage a third.

I was hoping he'd be given long in his cameo appearances previous to todays full debut in order to find him a goal and give him confidence but nevertheless it's came today!

I told you give him a little time and paitence we had a diamond, the lad is class, a little rough around the edges but today has shown what a class player he will be for us. Our fanbase at times need to calm down and stop writing players off after 5 or 6 cameo’s.

Some people on here are happy clappers. Somebody has a good game and suddenly they’re the next big thing 😂😂

Loved all his goals, even his offside one. Each showcasing a different skill. Since Nacho and Vardy's injuries, we've scored 20 goals in 7 games and looked a far better attacking team. Along with Abdul and Mavadidi, it looks like a new dawn for us attacking wise.

For someone fairly young and inexperienced, he sure as hell looked calm in front of goal

Is that not proof that he is the second coming of Vardy? He was regularly absent from a lot of games until his chance came and he took it.

Loved both his goals. First one is Harry Kane style- instinctive, powerful, first time shot. Second was even better, shrugs the defender off before cooly slotting it away. His movement was great all game, he made so many runs that we often didn’t spot but that will take time and improve once the players get used to his game.

Well...  it was against Huddersfield.

However, I'm really happy.

I thought he took both goals really well and even with the offside one, showed he knows how to finish. Not bad for our 4th choice striker but I get the feeling he won't be 4th choice anymore.
