Day 17 completed it certainly isn’t getting any easier 😂 appreciate all the donations and support so far, currently raised just over £1,650,

Day 18 complete and a bit of a slower one today as knees and ankles are taking a battering but will keep going and ensure I complete the last 13 x 5 km runs this month

Day and run 19 complete that was horrible, really struggled today but managed to get the 5km run done and dusted and just 12 more left to complete the Prostate United Challenge to raise money and awareness for Prostate Cancer UK

Day and Run 20/31 complete and 100km milestone achieved, times getting slower now, mentally i feel amazing but the body is absolutely shattered. Although my legs are now like KDH’s 😂
