Run 31/31 completed and that is that, the challenge to run 5km each and every day throughout October is done and dusted.

Brilliant, you've endured the physical and mental pain but stuck to it. As one who is very vulnerable to this, I've lost a brother and another has had  a prostatectomy I'm massively grateful.

Brilliant, you are amazing. Thank you from myself and every other prostate cancer sufferer. My prostate cancer has spread to my spine, so no cure, despite a prostatectomy a few years ago. I am a believer that all men should be checked, the same as ladies to detect breast cancer. A cure will be found one day with the help of money being raised to fund research by fantastic people such as yourself.

 

Well done on your efforts and pain, and a huge, huge thank you.

Thank you for your kind words it really is very humbling, I am so sorry to hear your story, you have been an inspiration and motivation to me on many of the runs, especially when I have been struggling.
