Whilst I appreciate the dire straits the Council is in it is all of their own making over the past 20 odd years. It appears none are fit for Office. They will spend the rest of their lives without any answers and answers are important in the psychological/mental recovery from an attack of this type which has caused life changing injuries and could have been fatal.
