It's nice to see the community come together for places that were ruined though.

Yeah, seems like, as usual, the troublemakers were from out of town.

People don't crap in their own backyard.

Surprised to hear of the assassination of the leader of the political  arm of Hamas- Haniya.  I’m not saying he wasn't a legitimate target, but to do so in the center of the capital of Iran is  going to be deeply embarrassing for Iran and is sure to provoke a strong response. I think most people  would be thinking of ways to deescalate the tensions, but the Israelis ( Netanyahu) clearly has no intention of that.. it’s a pretty ballsy move to be fair..

Yeah but it sounded like he didn't delete them hence the evidence was there to prosecute him.

I don't understand why he was sharing porn on WhatsApp in the first place, it sounds like he was obviously chatting with a Paedo, where did he find this bloke? Sounds like some some sort of personal private porn manager "So Huw, got some new stuff for you today, tell me what you think?"

What is that all about!

Actually reading it again is he taking photos of himself and sending them to the man vice versa - does that what it means?

Deleting images from devices like phones or laptops does not completely erase the media files. While the visible image disappears, the .jpeg (or whatever) file itself remains and can be recovered and decoded by IT forensic experts.

How can you tell, just because they have a scouse accent? They could have been from anywhere around Merseyside not necessarily from in/around Southport.

Honestly if Israel had just done this from the start (gone after the higher ups instead of razing Gaza), they’d have gotten a lot more sympathy from the populace I think.

Every copper worth his salt YEARNS for a riot.

It's all part of the initial training.

It's very similar to ancient roman tactics.

The problem comes when 12 years of Tory policy has rendered Police unfit for purpose.

And yes...  I was there (a copper, not in Rome)

This also applies to paramedics/ambulance responders. They also yearn for the dramatic, challenging and high profile jobs that they are trained to deal with. Not surprising really because, in reality, these are few and far between and I/they get quite frustrated by picking up the "nan down" jobs.

I'm not talking about Southport but that people have in the past trashed their own community in other riots and trouble

You can remove the content on disk fully, but yes disassociating the file pointer does very little in reality.

Oh dear...

Some idiots will be getting knocks on their doors in a few weeks time then.

As for the riot Police...   they are God's own people.

Trump being racist and burning the black vote at the National Association of Black Journalists Convention is the laugh I needed today.

This will only get worse, due to Farage these fckin idiots think they’ve got some legitimacy.

Oh come on now.

While he hasn’t helped, it’s certainly not his fault.

The EDL marches of 08-13, were they Farage’s fault too?
