Their fans are hilariously confident.

Win it.

They have the weirdest fans in the league.

They think they're practically favourites to win the league. Think they're actually a massive club and think their squad is amazing.

Rest of the country thinks they're an average, unfashionable, regional second tier team. Odd folk.

Sound in real life, an absolute bunch of weirdos online.

Tbf this might be true. The ones I've met on away days up there have always been decent.

But for some reason there's millions of bellends all over their socials.

Possibly the soundest fanbase in the pubs before/after a game. But their forum is an absolute bin fire lol

Ipswich, Leeds and Preston all have tough games midweek.

Win this and we're in cruise control.

2-0 Standard victory.

We’re in cruise control anyway mate. Enjoy it

They do have a very good fan base, and I think it might be one of the best away followings / atmosphere we get all season - which says a lot as its a midweek game and a trek!

As for the game, they do seem to have a few pacey players but I reckon we'll be more threatening as a whole and we'll win.

They have Delusions of Grandeur - similar to Everton. Living about 50 years in the past

Wasn’t it Sunderland fans, that were giving us grief when we won the Prem? Early in the season?

They did spend a huge amount on transfers that summer and had high expectations in that first game against what they (and everyone else) thought were relegation fodder. It was difficult for many clubs fans to come to terms with what transpired.

It was fairly difficult to comprehend for us 😁
