We wanted and asked for years for some organisation to step

in and organise on paper ground rules…They didn’t kick off well

due to outside nonsensical political pressure,

but much has been done,to lay down route maps and actual max budgets

fixed boundaries.  
Now we have to go through the various quirks of the law’s long processes

and the rights of the clubs Lawyers to defend their clubs..

It will take maybe decades before fans accept “them” are trying to balance

out the clubs illegal excesses and trying to find loopholes in the law…

Because fans support first their club,instead of standing up and supporting

the regulators they have been crying out for decades…

It's worth remembering that Everton voted in favour of introducing FFP and, whilst everyone says it's to protect the big 6, Man City voted against it.

I''m not sure why the premier league don't just say Man City and Chelsea are docked -30points, Everton a further 10 points and Forest 10 points. Least then Everton fans can stop moaning and Man City and Chelsea under the circumstances would probably accept as it could be much worse for them. Of course money talks.

They can’t just dock points from Man City and Chelsea to keep Everton and Forest happy. They have to go through the proper process and prove the charges. Chelsea haven’t even been charged yet.

 

Everton and Forest’s tears over Man City is just pure and utter bitterness.

Because the PL are hoping to hit Man City with an 80 point deduction.

Chelsea wuill hardly get hit as they were the ones who flagged what had happened.

So does law of due process, and having lawyers for the clubs, processing & questioning FFP laws rights. & tolerances

Neither Man. City nor Chelsea have been let off the hook or cases ignored, their issues are now being processed with set dates.. Let see how these processes work out, and on what grounds there are, to come to the conclusion of guilty, or not Guilty. 

 

We have people no matter what the outcome is  to automatically take the

Lynch mob attitude..

I think Chelsea were involved with payments from outside the club under uncle Roman’s ownership.  They cant brush that under the carpet. they could hit them with a huge fine rather than points deduction. Like several hundred million which effectively forces them to sell some players and perhaps a transfer ban of two seasons on incomings. 
 

I think Man City is so complex that it may never get resolved 

if they can’t find a specific charge where they’ve done something substantially wrong in their filed accounting then I reckon they’ll struggle to get anything to stick.

He was gifted a fluke Champions League win by virtue of playing against ****ing TOTTENHAM then won the league when Man City had a year off, which nobody will ever remember because it was during lockdown. They furloughed working class staff during COVID, tried to set up "Project Big Picture" when everyone was stuck at home in lockdown and would have reshaped the Premier League in their favour, then tried to set up their own league that would have bankrupted every other club in the world. All while colluding with the Premier League management to artificially keep themselves at the top and every other club below them with ambitions and the means to achieve them neutered at their expense.
