You're tiresome and seem to be doing the lions share of moaning on these threads.

 

I'm just warming up in the car and this post will be my only reply to you, as I truly can't be bothered to get into a "tennis slagging match"

The content of my past post's have always commented on the entertainment value of matches, and my dislike of possession based football. It's not my cup of tea. 

 

I have posted many times that I understand the reasons for our current playing style and the mechanics of it, and I am behind it, and the team, as its bringing in the results. But as a paying fan I'm allowed to voice that whilst it's working and I'm ecstatic that we are winning, I, like a few others on here are bored at times. ( But I still park my arse on a seat each home match.)

 

First half today was a slow huff and a puff session. Second half much better.  It amazing what happens when we up the tempo. How much more entertaining we become for the short spells but more importantly how much more affective we are.

As mentioned I'm not a lover of our playing style, but if we just play  quicker more often, and stop over playing on the passing front and I'll be a lot happier

What was Watford's keeper sent off for?  Was it a second yellow for dissent after the penalty?

Great result, happy I chose to not watch most of the first half as once again it sounded awful, wasted far too many chances again but were comfortable.

I can't be 100% sure, but I don't think the players are reading the forum during the match.

Highlight of the game for me, bar the win,  was having a competent referee!! Best performance by any ref for years. 

 

Made hard work of it, but it was a good win in the end. Vesty was great today.

He was pretty sharp on dissent, and kicking the ball away. For both sides.

Edit - I didn't see that this has been commented on extensively in the "officiating" thread.   Glad it's a view that's shared.

Good to get back to winning ways and have Vards on the scoresheet, sentimentally loving every goal of his now.

 

I think we're going to have a headache striker wise next year though (if we go up), with Daka seemingly not in the equation, Kelechi not firing even in the championship, and an aging Vards. Could do with chucking in Cannon to see what he's about and whether he's the answer or not.

About our fans moaning/complaining on the match thread: It's totally understandable for me, I don't mind it all. The only thing though I don't understand is some posts disrespecting LEGENDS like Vardy. We can complain about tactics etc, I personally respect everyone's opinion but I would really like to keep players like Vardy out of this.

Comfortable win. First half I was wondering the players might have been getting fined if they had a shot or something. But utterly dominant throughout, looked a lot more positive and free flowing second half.

Better second  but i worry about the possession ratio to actual shots on target which trouble the keeper.

Ridiculous yellow card. He'd have wasted more time if he'd not touched the ball. To be fair the ref was consistent though and did book one of their players moments later for the same thing, although more deserving of it I think.
