Leicester women v Chelsea

Our women's team have made some big strides this season playing some really good football. Big test tomorrow against the best team in the league. We're playing away but just a quick mention that the club are offering us ridiculously cheap tickets for home games and it would be a massive boost for the team if we showed up in decent numbers. Can't see us beating Chelsea but this team will get after them that's for sure.

The gap is still fairly substantial between Chelsea and the rest of the league. It will be interesting to see if they experience a drop off once their manager goes to coach in the US.

Last season we couldn't score enough and now can't keep them out. Work in progress mind you. We gonna have to defend for our lives in the second half if we're gonna get anything out of this. Come on girls!

...4 - 2, that is the second goal conceded where we look to play the ball back and the pass is misplaced, putting it on a plate!!!

Very much looks like  Rantala with all the time in the world to switch the ball going for the wrong option.

We give the ball away far too easily. Pretty much most of the goals we've conceded this season have come from that. Look after the ball better, pick the right pass and we're in with good shout of beating even the top teams. Work in progress....

You look at the score, and you think Chelsea won easy, we gave them two goals, kept going and we could have score another at the end.

We definitely scoring much easier now, and so far have more points on the board vs last season, I do think they targeted the right areas.  We will be totally outclassed by some teams still, thats just how the women's game has gone.
