Wednesday post match

Recommended Posts

Starting to get a bit worried about the absolute, point blank refusal to play any other way than plan A. Touch of arrogance about the belief that if we just keep on doing the same thing, we will eventually get the break.

Lucky to lead, then should've taken it away from them but lacked sharpness up top - would've thrown Cannon on personally. They deserved the equaliser but felt it was a tad jammy, Justin caught 3on1 from a punt and it finds its way to their player clear through.

Really hope Enzo has the guts to come out and say we were awful and it needs to change.. its the same each week for the last 6 or 7 games win lose or draw and the same interviews... starting to get a bit rodgersesque

I like Enzo and still think he's the man, but I want to see some grit.. come out and call the team out post match.. that was terrible.. against the bottom of the league

That’s easily our worst performance of the season. Shockingly bad all first half and somehow took the lead. Then enzo brought the a-team on and they strolled around like we were 4/5-0 up. Wednesday absolutely deserved at least a point from that and probably 3. Play anywhere near that badly against WBA on Saturday and we’ll definitely lose.

No longer looks like a stroll, and on the last few games form we will be caught. Players need to find some form, and we need to find some new ways to score goals. Probably we'll revive, these wobbles happen, but that was pretty concerning stuff from which nobody came out with any credit.

Another milquetoast performance.  Useless midfield in the first half, Ricardo ignores free players to play 15 passes under pressure with Winks till he loses it.

Another boring pass back performance from Justin.  The wingers are useless again as they receive the ball at the half way line with their backs to goal.

At least it could galvanise Wednesday who's fans bloody deserve it with the state of their club.

Inconsequential for us because we still have too much quality for the league. Could be useful if we are forced to play with more urgency.
