On this occasion.

Vs Sheff Wed

12 shots, 3 on target, 1 scored, 1 conceded

Then Vs Leeds and Boro we've not hit the target anywhere near enough

Please look at the league..what the fcuk happened in 15 games…

what are you trying to prove..what are you trying to say..

Its football..it’s a league, losing drawing the odd hiccup. It Is part of sport..

Some fans trying to make something extra, has some holy grail that has to be

judged into damnatation…You are seeing ,experiencing a squad and manager finding

success in the spring of its developement…who still has a long journey to make,

So far top of the league,so far consistently hit back after a few stumbling blocks..

Some fans should look what their team are delivering, even with indifferent performances ,they are showing progress, damn good progress, after last 2 seasons an ongoing rebuild & developement,on & off field, a manager who again has taken a group of vagabonds , asked them to trust in his new ideology and system,  while also giving

the club-fans something to enjoy ,embrace & be proud of…but still agreeing it’s open for critics.

At good times, has a so called fan just old back….

At being a Dozo…occasionally…It proves nothing when everything is only contra.

You can prove fans like me wrong at season end, that we are too positive, even if we realise not everything is coated in sugar, and we will experience indifferent results.

Its appreciating the ride & enjoying the sightseeing, not being a miserable soul of bad tidings every week and playing the know-all grim-reeper.….

Having 2 players to pass to makes it more difficult because he had a choice to make at lightening speed and, as already pointed out, he had to contend with being pulled back at the time. He had the strength & determination to manage that, made the right choice at exactly the right moment and, no matter that there was ample space to pass into, he got the angle & strength of the pass as perfect as it could be. What more do you want?

Also how many times do players leave the pass short, the pass did the work for KDH, brilliant pass

Professional footballer passed ball into 40 yards of space, it's actually insulting to the man for bigging up that pass, your opinions of him must be through the floor lol

Getting this wrong would be worse than just dribbling to your own goal and smashing the ball in the net.

That Harry Winks goal, absolutely love it, I’ve watched it half a dozen times and it seems to be getting nearer and nearer to hitting the post each time I see it 😂

I was right behind it, right next to the segregation bit, was superb. I actually thought, in real time, KDH over hit the pass.

I love goals like that where a player is unselfish for the team.

He's offside by a mile, can't believe the linesman didn't flag. State of referees in this country.

That defending looks worse and worse with every view. How on earth do you let the opposition be 2v1 with the keeper 10 yards inside their own half lol

Funny thing is I was adamant Kel shouldn’t have been on the pitch at the time of Winks goal. Yet he was probably best placed of all our strikers to set up the goal how he did. I know players say that Enzo tells them in advance how a game will pan out, but that’s some next level psychic shit!

Pardon?

"A player is in an offside position if:

any part of the head, body or feet is in the opponents’ half (excluding the halfway line) and

any part of the head, body or feet is nearer to the opponents’ goal line than both the ball and the second-last opponent"

Winks and Dewsbury-Hall are both in our half from that pass and so are onside, and winks is behind the ball when Dewsbury-Hall plays the pass so he's onside as well. This isn't "state of refereeing in this country" it's "people not knowing the offside rule" unless you're being sarcastic?

It's more that he gets the ball on his box and releases it at the right time after sucking their defender in. The goal doesn't happen without very good play from Iheanacho.

Good post!

A lazy player who wasn’t interested could’ve gone down and just stopped the play for a point.

The other players who are up for it were all over him as much as each other at full time. His attitude is fine for me, it’s just his demeanour. That’s not to say he’s playing any good or not, but it’s a bit of a thankless task for a striker in our setup which is worth bearing in mind.

It's a bit like Youri, neither of them are live wires on the pitch, even when things are good. Just look at their celebrations when they've scored massive goals, always pretty calm.

It's only when form drops that some people seem to think they've had a personality transplant, like they were haring about the pitch before.

When Kel first played the pass, I tutted and looked to the ceiling, thinking he'd overhit it to a covering defender who was surely off screen.

I didn't even celebrate at first as I was so in disbelief at what happened lol

Anyone else listened to the west Brom co Comms commentary multiple times as the unfolding horror lay out before him?

The co Comms obvs had the whole pitch view and as Kels turned, he knew

...'oh no'

Mentioned it pre match, he’s most biased co comms out there. Shouting and screaming on the mic.
