Bumping the Give Blood call. I've been today and, coincidentally there was a news appeal today.

To others, it's a matter of life and death. 

Take it from someone who’s main fear in life is needles, it really is painless. I s**t myself far more at the covid jab and other travel jabs, I don’t even feel the blood needle going in. 
Also free biscuits = feast. I have biscuits, chocolates, few bags of crisps after every donation min
