7 changes for me. Rest plenty of players but get Casadei, Yunus and Cannon in a groove. Continue Doyles return from injury.

Stolarczyk

Ricardo Coady Nelson Doyle

Choudhury

Casadei Yunus

Albrighton Cannon Wanya

McAteer,

Let’s go for this baring in mind how comfortable we are in the league

Exactly…. Go in strong and rest in the league If you need to

I’d love to see how we could get on against stronger sides and it’s a competition we could go well in too

It's the FA Cup! I'll be disappointed if we don't put out a strong/our strongest eleven.

A team that's only ever won it once should not be disrespecting the competition.

Besides, Millwall are tricky, especially at home, and a defeat, even if not in the league, still knocks us out of our stride.

As someone said above, going out in the 3rd round of the FA Cup is a horrible feeling.

Even when we were defending champions we never put out anything near our strongest 11 in the 3rd round. It’s pretty common for teams to rotate.

We will need our strongest 11 against Coventry away. We rotate this game.

Honestly we'd only be promoted with 3 games left or something. It's calamitous.

Do we?  I’m not suggesting complacency in the league, but I’d love to see a run in the cup…

I very much doubt Enzo will see it that way round I’m suggesting, but I’d love it if he did!!!

Give Canon and Doyle more playing time, but otherwise rotate as much as possible…

Stolarczyk

Choudhury, Coady, Vestergaard (Nelson), Doyle

Praet*, Casadei, Yunus

Albrighton, Cannon, Wanya

*If Praet is still unfit, then regrettably Winks (Alves?)

Praet stubbed his toe on a blade of grass and it out for 3 months

Yes. Coventry are in form right now so it’s not a game to take lightly. Millwall were dirty bastards at the kp. We rotate in the cup game and leave the strongest for the league.

I heard he damaged his thumb responding the texts from Torino. 6 weeks out.

Your logic is quite right, but I’d still like to see us go strong in the cup…. Never four to happen though

I don't think we need to go mad on the rotation.

Only 4 more games in January.

We are are back in game a week territory.

I would say only players the definitely need a break are Madividi, Fatawua, Winks, Vestergaard and Faes and maybe Mads.

Ricardo and JJ have been well juggled of the Xmas period, KDH had a rest today.

Cannon, Casadei and Akgun need game time.

As has been mentioned, I think it is worth giving a rest to certain people. Namely, Mads, Mavididi, Fatawu, Winks. But can mix that with getting minutes to those who need it and still play a strong side. It's not our priority, of course, but the cushion in the leagues means we can have a good go.
