Winks is a much better influence than Barnes and Maddison who were taking KDH and Thomas down Turkey Cafe and the Grovesnor in Syston every other night last season

They went far stronger than us relatively and we still got the win. Perfect outcome really as plenty of key players did get that rest ahead of Coventry and we got progression. Like I said prematch, win the game, getting out of the cup shouldn't be a priority. The bookies make us the same chance of getting promoted as Man City finishing in the top 4.

 

I'd sooner an easier tie to go further into it. The whole logic about having a PL team as a test is one I agree with, but I feel in terms of a test you're going to get a more accurate reflection in a later round anyway.
