From the Millwall forum:

That will be the hardest game Leicester B have had this season, we were the better team by far (losing doesn’t matter), this is a different Millwall team now the attacking intent is there for all to see.’

Jesus wept🙈

Cannon 3 goals in 2 games really staking his claim for next Championship game V Cov Schitty  next Saturday can see this lad become a prolific scorer for us really getting that confidence each game he plays, played really well today getting into some great spaces unfortunately wasn’t given much service first half but that goal he took was amazing the first touch to go round the keeper to slot home he’s definitely been watching or been learning from the GOAT !

Cannon could very well be the undoing of Daka right when he looks to have shown some ability, shame really but Cannon looks like a very very good prospect. Can see Cannon starting every week now and nobody else getting a sniff if he keeps delivering

Set pieces threaten to be our undoing one day. Can be considered a little fortunate not to be taken to a replay. However...

Into the 4th round, can we sing the Wembley song yet?

It was and still is Man City's issue so I don't believe it's considered a priority by Pep and his disciples.

Make changes like we did then you have to accept theres a good chsnce you can come unstuck. Another day we should concede 4,5 even 6. We get away with it and hopefully get a Prem team in the next round where we can get an idea of where we're at.

Much needed game time for some and a debut for Nelson. The win is just a nice bonus.

Agreed he is much better going forward then defending, seems to have no defensive awareness and millwall got in constantly down his side

To be fair, Millwall got in constantly right across the pitch....

Good result , more so considering the changes. Nelson, Casadei and Cannon (probably should've had at least one more, mind) all tidy.

Was surprised at how poor Jakub's distribution was considering how much it's been cited as one of his better attributes, bit hairy but he made some smart stops, too. Corners need sorting, we've got loads of height in the side now but are still getting bullied all too easily. Their second goal was playground stuff.

Good performance all in all though, and in the hat!

I'd been inclined to argue that the 2nd one was a tad more forgivable, given how unexpected it was, it would have caught out many teams.  The first was far worse to concede - bullied out for the header and then albrighton playing absolutely everyone onside.

It’s our biggest weakness currently, needs to be worked on!

are you an ostrich?

You said we are terrible, I asked how we compare to the rest of the league.

Terrible would be the worse in the league, we have concede 8, which is the 7th worst, but only 1 more than middle table.

The best two team are Leeds and Hull on 4.

If you had said it was our biggest weakness rather the terrible I would have agree.

They were comfortably better than us and created loads of good chances, do they not know how to square the ball in the box? Would have had a number of tap ins if so. Decent finishing and also got their keeper, shark itch, to thank. But a second string team who barely seemed bothered into the next round, cannot ask for much more.

Rodgers waited months to get this bloke in.

He achieved nothing.

Great signing.

Defensively we improved at set pieces when he came in, attacking them we were still extremely poor.

Thank god Justin didn't play, no doubt you'd of been camped out in that thread berating him and telling everyone you like him really (although disappearing when he plays well)
