STOP ****ING MOANING we can’t win every game

No. But we should have won this one because we were miles better than them, but we threw it away when we didn't need to. People are going to be frustrated.

Yet again, a decent team spends at least a portion of the game having a go at us and we don’t really handle it. And again we can all see it happening and whoever is stood on the touchline lets it happen. Contrast that with McKenna today.

Significant player delta means we beat most of the league anyway, whatever fancy way you try to do it. Southampton aside I’ve seen very little from us tactically to overcome better sides (and even then it’s a completely different beast now).

Don't think Ipswich are even decent tbf. They're a very limited team that works very hard.

It's not the defence that's the issue.

I had quite a big issue with two centre backs and a hamza basically standing next to each other and giving a centre mid 15 minutes to get a shot away at goal rather than attempting to close him down lol

What is the point of playing the ball to the wingers for them to take it a few yards then pass it 30 yards back to Vestergaard and Co to play tip tap with each other, we have cannon up front get the cross in the middle and give ourselves a chance at goal. This was an almost identical game as the one at Ipswich and we don’t seem to have learnt anything from it they refreshed there team and we left it to late to do the same yet again, ok we didn’t lose but feel we missed a chance to put this game to bed

Ipswich were shockingly bad first half & showed us too much respect.

Enzo keeps saying “It’s Football” but make no mistake still 54 points to play for.

Fantastic first half to the season but….

We haven’t won nothing yet!

That weren’t “shockingly bad”. We simply outplayed them. Give credit where due.

Had no issue with Faes and Vesty keeping Coady out up until now.

I think this has happened to us enough now for a change and a vocal leader to be given a run of games.

Coady who played in the two relatively recent games prior to tonight where we conceded late goals. Add in the Wednesday game.

Mcteer may be called a 'winger' but did you see him take ONE defender on tonight and cross the ball??  Surely that's a wingers job? No! He received the ball and EVERY time ( he hardly played a forward pass all night ) he passed it backwards.....pathetic!

Yeah I agree, he works hard but he hasn’t got anywhere near the quality we need. He took a great ball down from a long diagonal, got in behind the full back going full pelt and you’re thinking he needs to drive in and get a shot in, he literally did nothing … he isn’t quick, he hasn’t got any skill whatsoever, hasn’t got particularly good delivery, he’s very limited. I would have got Albrighton on much earlier personally.

Yeah I agree we should of won just don’t understand the constant meltdown when we don’t win.

Is this a joke or something? He's out for three months isn't he?

No he's back in a couple of weeks, Wilf was interviewed before the match.

I absolutely hate comments like this. Its not an over reaction at all, people are entitled to feel aggrieved at how that played out so unnecessarily. Another day is irrelevant. We pissed points again.

Simple facts.

Typical overreaction to the result and Southampton form on here.

Another day we win convincingly.

Southampton on there god like run of 20 games unbeaten run have taken 3 more points then us.

Do we though?

Trying to hang on to 1 goal leads and conceding late on is becoming a bit of a worrying theme.

lol aye, in isolation that's an issue. In my opinion that's a product of us inviting them on, giving them nothing to worry about and letting them have the ball for half an hour. We were dead on our feet by the end.

Playing these defensive triangles deep in your own half,

when the spaces were there.Turning into traffic and not using

Mavididi has a get out,and using the right side when left was open,

Winks,Ricardo,Choudhury and Vestergaard, great one minute bloody

sloppy the next.

If Akgun had fed Vardy…game over..

Again another deflected shot that caught out Mads, who makes a top save,

but couldnt control his parry..

What a great game KDH had,but was tired, and needed subbing..

Has a team Turning away unnecessarily from the left side press allowed

Ipswich back into the game….Faes and Mavididi had the game in their hands

but their teammates didn’t see or appreciate it…

Lets not forget this is Enzo’s first season he himself also has to

still learn many a things…

Frustrated yes,we had chances, even in the 2nd half to kill it,we have to learn to be more clinical…We are still a 3 game turn of results, ahead of our 2 closest rivals.

That isn’t too bad, being we really has a squad are not the finished article, but still a bloody good one with flaws..
