CheeseHead Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May From what I've seen of him, takes up some excellent positions. Would fit into Enzo's no 8 role nicely I reckon
Chelmofox Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May If he’s cheap then fine. If West Ham want to play silly salaries then not interested.
Mickyblueeyes Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May From what I’ve seen of him, he’s got a good touch but generally a lot of work needed to be a PL player.
TrentFox Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May I think he’d be a great signing on a free. Got some much-needed feistiness.
Stevosevic Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May (edited) Could be some value as would be low PL wages and no fee. We need players. Both starters and squad players. Plenty leaving this summer and the only number “8” we have on the books is KDH… Ndidi and Praet leaving on a free and Akgun only on loan. coolhandfox Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May Low risk transfer, we are going to need 5 or 6 we have to look for the odd bargain.
alanf0x Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May Should have gone for Hamer when we had the chance. Better player than o’hare but £20 million more, hence us going for o’hare. Will be a good player once back up to speed after his serious injury. Get him in
Kisnorbo fox Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May Had a good season and looked really good especially against us, however at 26 ( I no he’s not that old) but shouldn’t he already be kicking on by now with a mid to bottom table prem side or be one of the best stand out players in the championship ? Patrick Posted 2 May Share Posted 2 May (edited) Wanted us to sign him after we played them, mint player. Seems like a bit of a nasty bastard as well which is what we need, our team is too passive. Plus it will piss Cov fans off. Edited 2 May by Patrick
Claudio Fannieri Posted 3 May Share Posted 3 May Would be a cracking signing., free transfer, technically very good and would thrive in Enzo Ball. Just coming into his prime, all in all just the kind of signing we need to be making. Just hope we are sensible with wages.
Parker Pen Posted 3 May Share Posted 3 May His stats are pretty good especially pre ACL injury. Works hard for the team and would keep the ball well in a possession based team plus he would win free kicks up the pitch.. He also has good shithousery potential. Tielemans63 Posted 3 May Share Posted 3 May Don't know much about him, but if we can take one of Cov's best players on a free, and piss them off even more, then it's a yes from me. He was very good in the game at whatever their stadium is called now
UniFox21 Posted 3 May Share Posted 3 May He'd be able to play on the wing or in a 10/advanced 8 role. Wouldn't have huge wages and decent technically. The sort of signing in our position we should be making
honeybradger Posted 3 May Share Posted 3 May He doesn't even stand out particularly well in the championship and he's 25. The kind of signing that would already be deadwood upon arrival.
Ric Flair Posted 3 May Share Posted 3 May My concerns on O'Hare are he's not quick enough. He's got a very good first touch and ability to twist and turn but you need extra at the highest level. I also cannot stand the lad but suppose that could change. Would much prefer Jack Rudoni from Huddersfield who's very similar in style to KDH. He missed the majority of Coventry's playoff season last year and then whilst he came back in December and had a very good few months, he's not been overly impressive in the last few weeks. My best mate is a Cov fan and he said he's a decent player at this level but they're not that bothered he's going compared to Hamer/Gyokores. I'm torn, he might be a half decent sub option but I could see him not fitting in.

His passing, close control and tenacity are perfect for our system. Great player for a high pressing system. Very good at breaking the lines with his passing and also winning it back high up the pitch.
