One thing I’ll say is that Stoke will probably go man for man. Yunus is not the most physical so he may prefer McAteer’s work rate and pressing. IMO he’s the best presser we have in the squad. 
 

But I’m sad he’s not starting also. Casadei got way more chances and never looked as good as Yunus.

Yep and good options on the bench with Yunus and Praet (yes I know that will be ridiculed).

 

Shame Albrighton isn't available (presumably that's the reason he's out)

Yunus is on 18 appearances. You’d imagine the clause is 20. Pretty depressing :( Champions League winger at the start of the season….

I think Enzo really likes Macteer.

 

Could also be we aren't sure about Akgun and don't want to rush to meet the target of apps to activate the obligation to buy.

I think he must be rationing his appearances, especially against lowly opposition, so that we don't trigger the obligation clause.

I think he suits more than out wide, he's strengths are find space and making runs with the ball.

 

He's a great pressers and has great workrate which we need at 8 and his comfortable on the ball.

 

He's not great at beating a man with the ball at his feet which we need for a wide man.

 

Think he could really push on in that position.

Think Yunus deserves a chance from the start personally but we can be assured of his super sub status at least. Let's see what Kasey can do in that position. Good to have options and players capable of playing in multiple positions.

 

Absolutely buzzing to have Fatawu back though. Forget about Sensi, Abdul's our Starboy and he's going to have these oatcakes toasted, roasted and spat out in disgust.
