Trouble is it’s like a compressed Rodgers experience - flying for a start, playing some good football, then straight off a cliff for absolutely no discernible reason. Sure teams have sussed how to stifle us, but our players, on paper are way better. I think old Enzo needs to give big Nige a call. unfortunately I can only see this going one way now and it seems most on here have finally realised it too. The thing is our esteemed owner and his incompetent henchfolk will take until June 21st to realise it. I don't think anyone would be in the Enzo Out camp if he showed some imagination and adaptability. Sadly, though, there is no evidence he will as he hasn't in this post Christmas slump. And looking at his public pronouncements to date - my way or the highway - he won't be calling anyone.

Yes it is the worst I have ever seen, despite going to league one before, even then I felt we at least had players that cared. This team, they are like zombies nothing there No. The Kelly, Levein and Holloway years were exceptionally bad and only recency bias will say otherwise. I don't think being ridiculously ahead of most of this division for 2/3 of the season comes close to watching the likes of Alan Maybury, Stephen Hughes, Josh Low and the rest *mental block on some of the other God-awful shiiiite we enlisted* destroy our hopes and dreams. 5 or 6 years of mercenaries are far worse than a group of previously decent players losing their form at the business end of a season.

It’s context though. We’ve spent a lot of money to bottle this. It’s like forming out £500k for a wedding and not deciding to pull out on the day! Totally pointless and a bottle job. If we slump this, we’ll make Spurs in 15/16 look like a competent side.

Let’s do something like tell the lot of the useless lot to train at belvoir again… they don’t deserve the luxuries because they have no character Edited 29 March by foxes_rule1978

Popular Post Mickyblueeyes Posted 29 March Popular Post Share Posted 29 March The problem Enzo has is he is a good coach. But not a manager. When he has needed to manage this season, he just hasn’t been able to. Today was a great example of his flaws. Things go wrong in football, when your manager offers little to no option/idea to fix such problems, you’ve got yourself a coach.
David Lowe Posted 29 March Share Posted 29 March I might have more confidence in him if his interviews suggested he could find solutions but every answer is ‘that’s football’ or ‘it is what it is’.
Popular Post Ric Flair Posted 29 March Popular Post Share Posted 29 March 31 minutes ago, Levi Port said: I understand why people are upset and so am i. it's not good at the moment, and we're sliding fast. However he is the reason we are still able to top this league and why we still have a fantastic chance in the hardest league in the world to escape. In so many big games this season, big decisions have gone against us at crucial times, again and again. The players are not putting games away, missing a hat full of chances every game. No matter who the chance falls to, they fluff it. For me he is not liable here. He's being let down by the players on the pitch, and the novices running this club. He's operating in the most high pressure of environments, promotion or bust, having been lied to by Rudkin and boo'd on numerous occasions by the fans because the football wasn't entertaining enough. He gets no help at home from out atmosphere, which is dire. Watch Leeds or Ipswich at home, its the utter opposite. Yet through his he has acted with class. We may not go up, and he has made mistakes, but the majority of the blame for the situation we are in does not belong with Enzo. He is liable for failing to inspire and give these players confidence to remain calm under pressure and put the chances away. We've been extremely wasteful all season but what we were very good at was controlling games, we've not done that since the start of February. We've lost the plot and it starts with him, he's got absolutely no answers. His refusal to change anything is honestly one of the most alarming things I've ever seen in 34 years of following football. Don't think I've ever seen stubbornness or cluelessness like this.
