I actually think the players are really trying as well. 

The work rate and effort has definitely been there the last two games. 

 

They just look absolutely shot confidence wise to me…and clueless when it comes to the big decisions in games.

 

We need a change. System, players, whatever. Not sure changing the manager at this point will achieve anything but I wouldn’t be against it.
 

Four massive games now. 

Changing the Manager and getting a bounce is our ONLY hope!!!

Promoted hopefully if he stays and carries on like this we wont be promoted losing in the manner we have in the last 2 and capitulation of our points lead should be evidence enough. But he wont be sacked your right so strap in for a horrible run in.

I wish that I could get through this anger stage but royally in the middle of it.

 

I think it’s the reality of what punishment, fire sale (won’t miss 90% of the squad) will see us languishing in the football league for decades.

 

Not scoring and losing our last three away games is a sackable offence surely?
