Might be announced then 😂 but to be serious they have to inform the premier league of the kit colors at least 4 weeks before the season starts

Both colors and actual kit designs, sponsor can be done afterwards

Not disputing that, just stating that the premier league rules say that all kits need to be disclosed to the premier league at least 4 weeks before the season starts

Having just double checked the handbook seems they have changed it last year

M.17. No later than ten weeks before the commencement of each Season, each Club shall register its Strips (each of which must be available for the Club to wear in each League Match during the Season) by submitting to the Board Form 10 together with a computer aided drawing ("CAD") and physical samples of its home Strip, alternative Strip(s) and goalkeeper's Strip complying with these Rules and a brief written description of each. The Board will print the Club's registered Strips in the handbook of the League and on the League's website.

 

M.18. Each Strip sample submitted for registration in accordance with Rule M.17 shall have on It:

 

M.18.1. the shirt number and name of any Player in the Club's first team squad, displayed as required by Rule M.7; and

M.18.2. any advertisement for which the approval of the Board is either sought or has already been given under the provisions of Rule M.29.1.

There is a shirt sponsor deal in place with Willie Thorn's snooker centre but the legal side is taking longer than expected. 

 

The home shirt will feature a large picture of Willie's head with "Mr Maximum" underneath.

 

The shorts will also feature the number 147 above the club badge.
