I think you are all massively getting the wrong end of the stick...

"He is one of a team and I don’t believe should be singled out for a collective failure"

They aren't complaining about fans going after Rudkin, they are saying we shouldn't be going after just him, but the whole lot of them, this is a call to arms by the trust, the reporter is calling for us to riot. Never thought they had it in them.

That's how I read it anyway.

Is the Foxes Trust effective in what it does/strives for?

It's a bit disappointing that they have failed to answer some good questions on here, to be honest.

If they're meant to respect supporters and to get them on the Trust's side, they aren't doing that really with not answering some on here.

The members we have met previously in regards to the above, also made the following requests on August 19th

3) The chance to re-consider our involvement with the Trust’s working groups

We responded positively with ... Yes, having completed the Skills Assessment, we are happy for the two of you to take up the offer of Board Subgroup roles as previously made. With the main initial survey now completed and results about to be released, and the Fan Engagement Framework/Fans Advisory Board plans now launched, our priority would be to add one of you to the Comms Subgroup where there is plenty to do and is by far the most active subgroup week by week.

If you do agree to join the Board Subgroups, we would also encourage you to attend the FSA training sessions ahead of the elections

So far this re-confirmed offer has not been taken up, which still baffles the Trust board and all the new Board Subgroup members who took up the offer originally in May, all of whom have contributed positively to the Trust since that time. with many of them undergoing the FSA Training.

4) How the Trust can operate in a more agile manner

We have asked initially for some more details via e-mail and we can then determine the most appropriate people from the main board/sub-groups to then meet and discuss further, but so far there has been a refusal to provide any written details, which we feel is a perfectly reasonable request, rather than involving board members who aren't involved in the relevant processes.

It needs a shake up. It’s such a cosy club with one man pulling the strings, communicating at weird hours or not at all and a couple of others slightly frustrated behind. The rest are passengers, delighted to be involved.

If the trust board are confident in all they do then there’s absolutely nothing to worry about. If change comes, then that can bring new energy and fresh ideas and that’s a huge positive.

FT board options:

1. Embrace change, or

2. Stand down, or

3. Be a collection of fvckwits and choose to be publicly humiliated

It's not surprising Bason is choosing option 3.

Crikey, sounds like an organisation complex enough to run a medium size country. One question, if the Comms 'sub group' is busy on a weekly basis......where are the comms?
