What an absolute Hero. I think his calm, cool personality really helped the players to stay calm and grounded for the last 10-15 games of that infamous season that will live long in my head.

Couldn’t love this man more, what he did that season was and will always be unbelievable. Was about in tears when we sacked him although it was probably the right decision.

I can't imagine how much less I would have enjoyed our title win if Claudio hadn't been the most charming mother****er we've ever had. The man was just a profound entertainment from start to finish. An incredible human being.
