Basically winner goes through from Italy vs Croatia but Croatia need a win while Italy playing for a draw hoping for a win.

The footballing equivalent of rugby's Eddie Butler. Except everyone actually liked Eddie Butler.

In World Cups 2010 and 2014 Italy went out at the group stage.

 

In World Cup 2018 and 2022 they didn't qualify.

 

In Euro 2016 they qualified with a game to spare.

 

In Euro 2020 they won all their group games.

 

Danny Murphy - Italy are slow starters but usually going through and grow as the tournament goes on.
