£7m is a tiny amount and has potential sell on value.

We're an absolute shambles

He's not good enough for the premier league. Unless we want to settle for mediocre.

He’s young, and will improve. I’ve got Norwich mates who say he’s amazing, they’re baffled at £7m. High resell value, cover across the whole front line, cheap, it’s exactly the kind of move we should be making given our current situation.

would much rather this than spunking £25m on Asprilla

He’s 21, 12 goals in 32 last year and will improve. We should be all over it for that price. Madness we are not.

Another decent young player that we have missed out on. Really disappointed given our recent challenges with PSR that we haven’t been more creative in the transfer market, there is some real value in the EFL with some decent young talent available at decent prices.

Rowe, Harrison Burrows, Ronnie Edwards and Jordan James would have cost circa £20m and would have been £4/5m in terms of PSR with opportunity of high sell on potential.

Really confused by the direction and strategy of the club at the moment. Surely investing in young hungry players with high sell on potential is the best way for us to start to rebuild.

My conclusion is that there is no clear strategy at the club. We have become a BTEC version of Man U.

Cooper has wasted his preseason looking at the old dross that have underperformed over the last 2 seasons. He already has four young hungry players sitting around in Cannon, Alves, Braybrook and Golding.
