There’s really not much in Lens so Lille may be better if you want more choice and quality.

However, talking to some blokes earlier, they said that Lens is a proper football town (they have nothing else, in their own words) and tomorrow is a sell out so the atmosphere in town should be buzzing. They also said it’s safe to wear colours in town.
