We have the money. We can afford him. He prefers elsewhere. It’s not anyone’s fault.

Kind of is. There are reasons why nobody seems to want to join us and it is the responsibility of plenty at the club for making us such an unattractive prospect.

Newly promoted teams are often seen as unattractive.  At least until the players and agents realise that better offers aren't coming in from elsewhere.

Partially.

But 1, we are even more so due to the unknowns around point deductions and the fact our higher ups are clueless (see comments from the last few managers and even Cooper already and even that agent of Soule).

And 2, maybe it says you are targeting unrealistic players? Ipswich have brought some decent players in because they are being realistic and nothing deluded ideas of where they are as a club like Top has.

The Scottish league is of such a incredibly low standard I would suggest the step up from the championship is much less of a risk to take in the  signing of any player ..

Don't know why people are so keen on him , he's proven nothing

Seems like O’Rilley maybe off to Brighton as they’re currently in talks with Celtic seems this could go to a bit of an Auction as Chelsea also interested in him, but is he really worth £25m plus?

Ffs..

Life’s really not fair. Puel did a great rebuild and brendan comes in enjoys the success of it whilst slowly destroying everything.

At the same time he leaves celtic in the worst position they’d been in for years.

His punishment for that… going back to a rebuilt Celtic that have had the best recruitment for scotland since the henrick larson days, thanks to the aussie.

Now he’s going to look really good as that team is hitting its prime and has real quality. He will slowly but surely start to worsen the club but before that effect kicks in, he will land a top 7 or 8 job back in the prem and the cycle will begin again.

Hate that parasite but he knows what he’s doing.

Brendan also left Liverpool with a worse situation aswell. The first opportunity Klopp got in the coming summer he got rid of 16 players but unlike Leicester Liverpool have 100millions to spend of fresh players. Brendan's disliked by Liverpool fans aswell

that’s the thing, the only way he gets a top 7 job is because the clubs are likely in a bad situation… so he will likely just flop from the start. But his narrative of it was all our fault and never his, probably is believed by almost everyone outside of the club
