Not in a school environment it’s not and that’s the situation described above, kids are extremely tech savvy now

Kids have always been tech savvy. I’m not trying to be difficult, but proxy access etc to gain access is a bit different to proving age with full photo ID and a bank statement etc. I can’t remember which site it was, but I had to show a photo of my passport, a bank statement and then use my front facing camera to take a photo to cross check against the other proofs, all just to claim a free promo.

But we’re going massively off track here. I understand why you’re concerned.

Out of interest, why would a kid want to access porn on a school computer when they probably have a phone? To make a scene?

The Trust are disappointed to learn that the new shirt sponsorship deal is with BC.GAME, an organisation which profits from gambling....

Foxes Trust Update – Shirt Sponsorship – Foxes Trust

Will the Trust be challenging the club on the extremely questionable status of the company? One thing it being a betting company but i think even more of us are worried this could end up being a deal reminiscent of what Man City have just had 115 charges for.

@Foxes_Trust it’s a start but… any reason there’s zero mention of the fact this is clearly the club using a money laundering front to funnel money into the club and skirt Premier League fair market value rules?

Not sure who you mean on who has reached out to us? It was a fellow supporter asking for the help of UFS to assist him in taking it to the club to ask why it appears to have been binned.

Oh right. Yeah I totally misunderstood your post lol lol

Quite easy for someone to get All that especially if you are living with them

Multitude of reasons, Like you suggest either to make a scene, to show off to mates or just simply because they can do it

It's just another example of the useless plebs we have in marketing/commercial. If you can't secure a decent sponsorship for the most watched sports league in the world you are ****ing useless at your job.

It's the people hiring those useless plebs. Just as it's the people advising Top. The board of directors.

Aim your criticisms at not just the DOF or Sporting Director, whatever he is but the strategy diector, the finance director, the "general counsel" (Whatever TF that is). These are the people hiring the middle management and advising the owner. Top knows jack all about running a club. The useless plebs are being hired specifically for the fact they aren't football people or fans. That's a choice. And as a result poor decisions are being made.

What’s interesting on reflection is that we have a three year deal with BC Game right? But can’t have them on the front of shirts after 2 seasons (if we stay up).

Not a surprise that Susan couldn’t even pretend to be sympathetic.

By my count 11 of the 20 Premier League clubs now have their kits sponsored by online casinos/gambling/gaming companies.

So, either all of those other clubs have useless marketing departments, or that’s just where the money is these days (or even where the money can be moved into before it’s moved into the sponsorship deal).

This doesn’t excuse any unethical business practices by the sponsors but there’s more to the story than just incompetence in forging business connections.

AFC Bournemouth (Dafabet), Aston Villa (BK8), Brentford (Hollywoodbets), Burnley (W88), Everton (Stake.com), Fulham (Sbotop), and West Ham United (Betway)

kind of my point....they can't even secure some shitty sites like BK8 or W88

Exactly that.

They are hired precisely because the whole raison d'etre of KP being involved in LCFC is finance.

The flip side is the whole charade only works if we are in the PL. We as fans take it, we are effectively bribed off with Pl football. But let's not pretend to ourselves that it's anything other than that.

I've accepted Pl football, trophies and Europe in exchange for the club acting as a front / safe home for financial offshoring (from Thailand) as a trojan horse for loans, as a safe space if things go wrong in Thailand and, yes, money laundering dirty far eastern money.

This is extremely bad if so.

What has happened to us? An abandonment of all moral compass.

You have to ask whether it ever existed at LCFC maybe we were all distracted by the success and did not notice or care if there were any dubious shenanigans going on as it did not directly affect us. Now they took their eye off the field and allowed us to be relegated they're having to resort to fleecing the fans and more publicly noticeable money schemes.

Yeah - that's correct.

The state the club in is dreadful. High level executives actively pursuing support from people that aren't part of the fan base and trying to move on those who are already there by pricing them out. At very BEST - courting sponsorship from dodgy betting firms. At worst - arranging sponsors as a means of washing money in some grubby little deal.

Where does this end for Leicester as we know it?

let's be honest, we did. the trestellar ltd shit and basically "preferred" business dealings due to the relationship with the thai king.

we just allowed it/turned a blind eye due to success and them donating to the city.

Yeah there has always been a vocal minority on here calling it out. They just used to have to done a hard hat to do so.

Interesting. Viewing porn etc is very easy though,

“are you over 18?” Yes.

At home, yes. At school with software to prevent people accessing these sites, less so. They still manage it.

We’ve been over all of this above. Proxies etc yes. But it’s still not the same as gambling. You can fake ID etc and use photoshop etc, but a lot are using front facing cameras to scan you in real time to cross check against the ID which is also checked for authenticity.

Kids can do many things with computers, but you can’t give them money to bet that they don’t have in the first place. And they cannot really trick the system here.

I’m pretty bored discussing all this now tbh.
