For dinner tonight my husband is making homemade burgers, our faithful and trusty @Nick's recipe, and we'd usually have patatas bravas with them.

 

In the interest of partiotism for this evening only we are sacking off the beautiful Spanish potato dish, and going for good old British potato salad.

 

Gareth, do not make me regret my choice to forgo the amazing spicy loveliness that is patatas bravas for your plain old fvcking mayonnaise covered potatoes, that let's face it, would be too exotic for you anyway.

 

This had better be worth it, but it's a sacrifice I'm prepared to make if it means we bring home the win.

I extremely excited about this, I reckon it will be a classic final. I was 3 months old last time England won a major tournament. I've waited long enough. The Euros isn't close to the World Cup, but it will do nicely for the time being.
