Just have this gut feeling that the Chinese lad will pip Peaty tomorrow in the final.

Its crazy how they have closed the gap so quickly given just a couple of years back he seemed to be winning at a canter

Just hope he medals but seems like 4 or 5 could fancy it

Not sure that they have closed the gap more than Peaty has lost just a tiny bit of his edge - he still has 14 set times faster than anyone else, Qin included.

If he brings back some of his old form, he'll beat all comers at a canter. But I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

Just now, Fox in the North said:

Murray and Evans win after being X match points down!

Were terrible first set, somehow managed to sneak the 2nd and then saved 5 matchpoints and won it with their first match point.

Can't believe they won that.

Really not a fan of the American commentator on Eurosport.

Here comes the SEM-EYE FINAL!

'what makes this really fun is that we have 16 swimmers trying to make the final 8!!!'. Yep, just like other races of the same type lol

I switched over to the swimming thinking they'd comfortably lost lol

Fair play for hauling the win back from the amount they were down.

That is why he is a legend !

Fantastic comeback with Evans .

Talking of comebacks, Australia women in the football have come back from 2-5 down to win 6-5.

Wow, last minute winner too.

Just seen Brazil Women Leicester'd themselves too.

1-0 up going into stoppage time and they lose 2-1.

we need an academic paper on teary, piano-soundtracked compilations of well wishes from friends and family before big sporting events as a byproduct of British anxiety over our country's relative economic and political decline.
