He was with us at the lowest point in our history, he was here and instrumental at arguably the highest point in our history.

 

The football world will know all about Pearson, Ranieri and even Rodgers with the FA Cup win but few will be aware of the massive contribution he made during that period of our club.

 

It's a shame that he has almost gone unnoticed even by some of our own fans.

 

We must make sure that whenever those successes are mentioned that Shakey is given equal prominence to that of Pearson and Ranieri.

 

LCFC must not forget.

i dont think our fans let him go unnoticed. i am sure we all know the importance he had even behind the scenes prior to being the front man and everything that went with it at the time. what a man, what a servant to the club. couldn't of asked for much more from a professional. this has genuinely got me.

Was sad to about the demise of Shakey, was a great guy and is a big loss to football. Condolences to his family.

The club should name a section of the new stand (when built) after him .

How about Shakespeare's bar, it has a nice ering to it.🌭🍟🍔🍺🍺

The new stand in the year 2198 ... Totally agree it would be a fitting gesture by the club
