I don't care for his style of course but anything is better than this seasons "style" also known as gengenasspressedin.

We'd have a decent transfer window, bully the lower end sides and play some lovely stuff. Not sure we win the league like last time as the team just isn't as good without KDH and with some of the deadwood.

Yes, that would suit.

 

Start the managerial hunt ASAP and end the season with playing for a bit of pride. Whether they're trying to impress their new clubs or hoping to ingratiate themselves with the new boss, it can only be a positive.

If enzo can’t string a few wins together with a 6 billion pound squad I very much doubt he would have been any better here than what we have done with our shower of shite 😂maybe wouldn’t have brought ayew or Reid but other than that we would still be down

We'd have been a slightly better Southampton, but at least we'd have had a better transfer window once he got the sack around November. Whether that would have given a chance of survival is unclear and based on who replaced him, but the prospects for next season wouldn't have been as poor as we'd have had a squad to build on.
