Other way around that get scrutinised

Behave, they had a long enough look earlier on the potential Ipswich penalty decision, if their was a lack of integrity that you suggest they wouldn't have entertained looking at that.

Not if you’re talented, there has been lots of examples in the last 20 years of players that have not only successfully made the transition, but flourished.

Which is why I said potentially good signings.

Time will tell.

Potentially.

Big difference between doing well in the Championship and PL.

I'd take the risk on both for what they cost rather than Okoli, a Brighton loan and no other signings though wouldn't you?

FIFA have outfitted their (Adidas) ball with the sensor, which relays any touch (even the lightest graze) 500 times a second.  Far superior to the PL's system, which will rely on a subjective VAR and the slower, blurry VAR cameras to judge which video frame represents the moment the ball was played.

Apparently Nike are not interested in putting the sensor in their ball, and Nike pays enough ₤₤₤ to the Premier League to dictate the terms.  So the best, most objective technology has not been taken up.

Deflections won't save them today.....or will they?

Still think these lot, us and southampton all look set to drop down.

Given Everton move from Goodison at the end of this season - they’re pretty much nailed on for a squeaky bum end to the season!

One of us may not due to Man City's ejection.

Ah yes forgot about those two cvnts.

I get the feeling man city will just get a massive 30 to 40 points deduction that won't matter as they normally get 90 points plus.

Everton could be in trouble but given they avoided the flush last year I have 0 faith they will drop. Unflushable!

The company who helped to design the chip, Kinexon, have worked with Derbystar and Puma in the past. Both La Liga and Serie A use Puma, while the Bundesliga uses a Derbystar ball.

The Premier League are contracted to use Nike balls from the 2024/25 season, but will move over to Puma balls for the start of the 2025/26 campaign.

There’s a copyright issue - they can’t do the same thing as Adidas have done with housing the sensor inside the ball.

Given it’s Puma supplying the balls from 2025 - it shouldn’t be a surprise Nike aren’t that bothered at looking for their own version.

The system the premier league have opted for is meant to be horrendous.

Are we sure any relegation punishments to Man City (and Chelsea) mean that still only 3 will be relegated from PL? They might promote 4 or 5 from Championship?

Maybe even a relegation playoff vs a promotion  playoff! Lol

IMO if you get ejected, you count as one of the relegation places and that's that.

You can't say no other signs until the close of the window.

Not overly bothered by either of them, if we'd have signed them, I wouldn't have been thinking what an amazing window.

It would be a fitting comic end to this if their overturning of CL ban screwed us up massively, and then they get relegated in the season we do so that an auto place is gone next season.

Hutchinson looks good,better than Fatawu?

I think he shows far more consistency than Fatawu. That first 45 minutes at home to Leeds Fatawu looked like a world beater, the most exciting player in a Leicester shirt since Mahrez, the second half he was a different player and not in a positive way. That sums him up for me, he's only young and if he can find consistency in his game then he will be immense.
