Yeah up against an actual organised defence it's a struggle.

In all seriousness, I don’t think he’s much (if at all) better than someone like Saka.

Swap their abilities and I don’t think the perception of them changes much.

Arsenal will suck the life out of them. Won't be anything like last night's game

A PSG v Barca final would be great as it would be 2 attacking teams, who are a bit flawed defensively, playing open football and going for it. So, we'll probably end up with an Arsenal v Inter borefest, settled by a set piece goal.

I used to find Bellingham a throwback and refreshing but inevitably he is turning into a bellend the older he gets.

Not usually anti-English clubs in Europe but definitely in the anyone but Arsenal camp.

Looks like only me on here that wants Arsenal to win it then.

Either way, the semi's should be great games again.

I find the anti Arsenal sentiment on here amusing, assume it stems back to our over celebration of the 2016 game, but that is ancient history.  I look forward to both semi finals and would love us to play Barca in the final.

I would imagine its mainly just a general disdain for any of the big 4 or 5 clubs in this country tbf

I'd like them to win for a really good mate of mine who is a Gooner. But they are so dull to watch for a neutral these days.

Just beat Real Madrid 5-1 over 2 legs. If I were a neutral watcher, neither of those games were dull, but each to his own.

I am not crazy about him either, but a lot of managers get on my nerves these days.

Yeh man that is weird lol. YouTube FC have to be the most annoying football club in the country. Would rather Spurs won the Europa League and Postecoglu was really lording it all summer than TikTok FC did anything useful. Arteta is a venomous victim and their football is on the whole painfully boring, tiring and aimed around winning free kicks and slowing the game down.

Hopefully PSG give them a good old kicking and we can go back to hearing them crying about refereeing and injury injustices.

He is clearly an idiot but they are otherwise so unlikeable. Maybe because I lived in London so long working with 'gooners.' Haaland had it spot on with the 'stay humble' thing, and their win in Feb proved that. Playing mocking songs after a league win on matchday 24 or whatever. Players doing a lap of honour almost. A 17 year old full back who's achieved nothing in the game mimicking a striker who's won it all. Arrogance runs through the club, would rather a team of young scrappers like PSG or Barca win it

They're properly balanced semis. Genuinely quite hard to call both.

Both games are like a ying and yang for defence against attack.

Really hope the attacking sides win but history suggests otherwise.

Cannot be arsed with Arsenal winning a UCL.

Arsenal in a one off game against Inter or Barca i dont see them winning.

It wouldnt surprise me if they beat PSG though especially if PSG play as open as they did against Villa.

Think you're letting your bias show a little bit equating Arsenal to Inter in the sense of being defensive (or just trolling @Torquay Gunner in which case you have my full support .)

Also think people are being very naive and selective with their view of PSG thinking they're some sort of antidote to possession, systems based football because you've seen them play one or two games in the Champions League. They're literally managed by Luis Enrique, they're about as structured as you can get, they just have the talent to score decent goals on the break.

Stylistically, there isn't an enormous amount to choose between the current iterations of Arsenal, PSG and Barca.

Honestly, none of the teams in the last 4 should fear any of the others. It's quite a refreshingly balanced semi final spread and any of them could win. They've all got flaws.

Whilst I'd probably agree with the majority that a PSG / Barca final would be the most entertaining, I could see any of them winning and wouldn't begrudge it (well, PSG's grubby money over it would be a bit sickening but then so was Man City's.)

Preference would probably be Inter shit-housing it frankly, hideous as it might be to watch.

I really disagree. There is a clear mentality difference between the three clubs. They don't really have a striker so it's no real surprise that they look to defend first and foremost but in League and UCL...

Barcelona have scored 121 goals this season.

Obviously it's League 1 so you've got to take that into consideration but PSG have scored 110.

Arsenal have scored 87 goals.

Inter have scored 91.

It's Arteta and the insufferable social media fan base, and those anytime I've been to the Emirates.

The players are likeable and I like the way Arsenal play though, so I hope they do it.

Yes some of it is ridiculous, but that sums up much of social media for me.  Just a lot of noise and hot air.  I prefer to concentrate on the matches themselves and try and be as objective as possible. 🤥

Arsenal fans just seem to look down at everyone else. It's not just on social media either. I also find Arteta deeply unlikeable with the squad he's built reflecting that.

Also annoys me how every Arenal fan looks like they've been doused in glue and booted through the club shop. It's like it's a fashion statement for them.

For me it's mainly because your manager is a nob and you're an absolute chore to watch. Shame because there are some likeable players in that group as well.

Inter won me over weirdly in the 2023 final which they lost. Were called by many to get hammered but they if anything got shithoused themselves, they had the better chances in that game. They're a good team. Surprises me how overlooked Inzaghi gets for jobs. Can only assume it would be expensive to get him out of there.

I don't think Arsenal have ever been liked by the neutral apart from the early years of Wenger when they were up against Ferguson's United. And even then they were the club most associated with the post Hornby new breed of English football fan lampooned by the Fast Show.
