Top selling up? Twitter rumour..

Recommended Posts

Sadly it's a no win for us now, the buyers (when it is actually sold) will almost certainly be Yanks with 100x more money than sense/morals/knowledge, Saudis or other arab butchers for whom decency and morality are total strangers or oligarchs by proxy who are quite simply gangland criminals in league with the boss of bosses-Putin- such as Abramovich.

This is the state of football in England now, debased and for sale to any piece of sh!t that has the coin.

IF any of the above buy our club now or in the future, l for one am done with it.

Careful what you wish for....Mike Ashley has plenty of cash floating around, and there are still several Arab states keen to do a spot of sports washing.  Add the possibility of asset stripping Americans or shady Eastern European businessmen, and suddenly the grass may not be so green elsewhere.

Steve Bruce as manager.  What could top that?

If you're not happy with the club being potentially being owned by shady owners with links to human rights abuses in the future, why do you tolerate it now?

It's true.

If there's one person we should trust as a source of information on the dynamics of the highly-secretive LCFC boardroom, it's Ashleypp1986, the former lead singer of Leicester-based covers band BASH and wannabe comedian with 782 followers on Twitter.

he didn't get Newcastle charged with financial mismanagement (twice) or get them a points deduction to be fair

Two relegations though...

Plus remember in his time as manager hes appointed the likes of McClaren and Bruce. In fact he let Rafa go to replace him with Steve Bruce 🙄

Hope so!

you can say be careful what you wish for. The past few years….. most potential new owners would run us better than what we have been.

shambles. Get KP gone along with the board and start fresh. It’s long overdue

Top selling would be absolutely great for us. He is the biggest parasite of the lot but this isn’t a genuine source unfortunately.

How is Top a parasite?

But I doubt they would enable us to win the Prem., and the FA Cup and compete in Europe on equal terms.

That happened, it won’t be happening again under this lot

There's some irony to this given what King Power have done, the support they receive from the Thai government & royal family and how the club at times has been used. The middle party of that sentence is absolute key here to any future of King Power ownership.

Between 2010 and 2021 Leicester were like best run club in the country. In space of three years now were the weakest run. Covid deffo hit Top hard.

King Power has bounced back financially following the pandemic. Money isn’t the problem.

It is those in charge of it. When you think about how much we were paying Bertrand, Vestergaard, Soumare, Perez etc and the money wasted on fees we are a million miles from the likes of Brighton, Palace, Bournemouth etc.

Change needs to happen and quickly.

First part is definitely true. Second part I've no idea.

Does Susan realise she's the CEO and could easily solve the problem of not wanting to speak to the DOF? lol

I agree with your general point but interestingly in recent financial projections, Thailand has the slowest growth its South-East Asian peers.
