Charged by the FA for "failing to ensure their players did not behave in an improper way"

Recommended Posts

"Admitted that they failed to ensure their players did not behave in an improper way"

Awfully clumsy phrasing.

I read it as "yeah, but no, but yeah, but no, but not proper".

As I said earlier, "failed to ensure their players behaved in a proper way," means exactly the same thing, but is much easier to understand.
