Transferring tickets on app.

When I try to transfer a ticket , from a senior to an under twelve, it says not allowed and can only transfer to a higher price category. Is there a way around this?

I had the same problem transferring an adult to a senior. I ended up having to make a new account for my dad with a date of birth that would make him not a senior, for it allow me to just swap adult for adult.

If you add that person to your family and friends list , you can transfer your ticket up to five times a season.

He is on my F&F list, just won't let me do it.

It may be because it’s a child’s ticket and they need to ensure there is an adult accompanying them. Guess you may need to call ticket office

Thanks. Ticket office sorted it, seems can't be done online if transfer is for a cheaper ticket.
