Mobile season ticket to physical card

I was wondering if there was any way to change from my mobile season ticket to a physical card. I understand there was a deadline before the season began but was curious if there is still a possibility to switch them, I can't see why not as they'd be gaining a fee but then again it is Leicester, Thanks.

Jim is probably your best bet but you'd probably have to lay it on thick for him to help you out.

my mate wanted one after the deadline and they said no, but i know if i lost mine i could ask for a replacement (but would still have to pay £25) - so maybe tell them you've lost one and hope you speak to one of the more easy going ticket staff. its a lottery, 2 different phone calls to them can give you 2 different answers.

The problem is, if they know you have a digital ticket, that excuse won't work. You can hope that they don't check if you paid for a physical card or not.

say you've lost your phone and can't afford a replacement any time soon.

i tried just before the season started, just got a fairly blunt email telling me that I''d missed the deadline (which I was aware of)
